Our client is a multi-national lifestyle retail group, they are now looking for a Regional Director of Retail Operations Excellence to lead and drive the retail development and align the operations across Asia countries.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a Centre of Excellence for Retail Operations, drive alignment across brands, leverage & populate best practices
- Streamline and standardize retail operation standards in order to enhance operation efficiency and improve retail productivity
- Provide guidance and support to Retail Directors / Managers of all brands to maximize sales and profits
- Enhance operation planning/manuals by formulating and improving existing policies, guidelines and procedures for sales target achievement, inventory management & staff training
- Explore technology and business innovation to enhance effective retail management and instore customer experience as well as new initiatives to improve store productivity & operation efficiency
- Support and work with business counterparts to develop CRM and Merchandise Excellence Program
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business or related discipline and with minimum 10 years of solid retail operations experience
- Strong influencing and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English, written & spoken in Chinese is an advantage
- Experience in China market retailing chain operations
