A luxury fashion and accessories maison is looking for a Regional Merchandiser/Buyer to join its regional office in Singapore.
Reporting to the Merchandising Director, you will focus on the women's leathergoods and accessories categories and support the delivery of the global merchandising visions to come alive in each and every boutique in this region.
Key responsibilities
- Undertake on time and accurate sales and merchandise reporting and analysis, and propose commercial action plans to achieve category sell-though and sales topline KPIs
- Drive excellent stock efficiency through robust, proactive and considered approach in inventory replenishment, rebalancing, liquidation across the countries in this region
- Bring the global merchandising strategies and visions alive into this region through in-country/in-store product training, storytelling, product USP, consumer/product/fashion trends
- Partner with various departments to drive the best of each and every product opportunity - with marketing communications and clientelling, training, retail and operations, and VM divisions
- Participate in seasonal buying trips, regular competitors analysis, store events, store openings, amongst others
Key requirements
- Comes with solid years of buying experience at the brand's global headquarter
- Has fingers on luxury fashion trends - understood trend in consumer shopping, product offering and evolution, and luxury brands
- Strong in analytical and presentation skills
- Team player
Remuneration
- Between $60,000 and $72,000 fixed base per annum
- Variable annual performance bonus and company benefits
