The Role
Response for overall function.
Conduct a trial run related to new product development (NPD) and packaging development projects
Coordinate and support on the packaging quality testing with laboratory including with external accredited Lab.
Receive complaints and related information from customers and consumers. Liaison with relevant personnel
Collect samples from the markets and bring to the plant for testing and report Physio and Micro
Participate in Plant Quality & Food Safety audits
The Person
Bachelor degree or higher in any related fields
At least 5 years of experiences in the quality field with the technical background
Good command of English literacy
Ability to handle multiple tasks and communicate clearly and accurately.
Good supervisory skills, decision-making ability, effective communication, time management ability, and stress management ability.
