A leading data insights organization based in central Bangkok is looking for an experienced IT delivery management position to lead their project delivery operation team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee operation input in the project and ensure that the project can be delivered on the timeline, budget and requirements
- Work with internal and external development team on the tools and tasks can be completed on time.
- Provide the research solution (Design, Data Spec, Questionnaire) to client regarding the business requirement
- Leads performance management processes.
- Maintain and develop the relationship with external vendor/ suppliers to ensure that they can deliver the high performance while being cost efficient.
- Monitor vendor performance and provide feedback to them for the continuous improvement
- Monitor vendor market rate to ensure that the company will obtain the best prices and service in the market
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years' experience in data insight or data consultancy industry
- Strong skills and experience in managing client and ability to provide the suitable framework/ solution
- Ability to study and learn new technology in the market that can help to develop the new solution.
- Proven track record as a project leader
- Project management certificates is a plus eg PMP, Agile, Lean , etc
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong client management and stakeholder management skills
- Strong vendor management skills and experience in vendor selection processes
- Ability to manage and develop junior member in the team
- Good English communication skills
