Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies for securing operational technology systems and networks.
  2. Conduct regular assessments and audits of OT infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards.
  3. Design and deploy security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls, to protect OT assets from cyber threats.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into the design and implementation of OT projects.
  5. Monitor and analyze security incidents, and respond promptly to mitigate risks and minimize impact on operations.
  6. Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies in OT security, and recommend appropriate countermeasures and enhancements.
  7. Provide training and guidance to staff on OT security policies, procedures, and best practices.
  8. Liaise with external vendors and service providers to procure security solutions and support services as needed.
  9. Participate in incident response activities, including investigations and post-mortem analysis, to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
  10. Assist in the development of OT security policies, standards, and guidelines, and ensure their effective implementation across the organization.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in OT Security, with a proven track record of securing industrial control systems and SCADA environments.
  2. Strong understanding of infrastructure architecture, including networking protocols, system administration, and cloud computing.
  3. Proficiency in security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus software, and encryption methods.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  5. Fluency in Thai and good command of English, both written and verbal.
  6. Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GICSP are preferred.
  7. Experience working in the manufacturing or critical infrastructure sectors is a plus.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  9. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team-oriented environment.
