Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for securing operational technology systems and networks.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits of OT infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Design and deploy security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls, to protect OT assets from cyber threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into the design and implementation of OT projects.
- Monitor and analyze security incidents, and respond promptly to mitigate risks and minimize impact on operations.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies in OT security, and recommend appropriate countermeasures and enhancements.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on OT security policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to procure security solutions and support services as needed.
- Participate in incident response activities, including investigations and post-mortem analysis, to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Assist in the development of OT security policies, standards, and guidelines, and ensure their effective implementation across the organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in OT Security, with a proven track record of securing industrial control systems and SCADA environments.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure architecture, including networking protocols, system administration, and cloud computing.
- Proficiency in security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus software, and encryption methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in Thai and good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GICSP are preferred.
- Experience working in the manufacturing or critical infrastructure sectors is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team-oriented environment.
