We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our multinational consumer goods company. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase market share, and maximize profitability. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and a passion for creating impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the senior management team to formulate effective marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives, target audience, and market trends. Drive brand positioning, market segmentation, and competitive analysis to identify key opportunities for growth.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and implementation of brand management plans. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Monitor brand performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Product Launches: Lead the planning and execution of product launches, including market research, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and channel selection. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product introductions and generate excitement among consumers.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including traditional advertising, digital marketing, social media, and influencer partnerships. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to gain insights into consumer preferences, behaviors, and emerging trends. Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the marketing department.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals. Monitor expenses and measure the return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and supply chain to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives. Foster strong relationships and promote a collaborative approach to achieve company-wide objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master's degree or a related field, MBA is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager within the FMCG industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Proficient in market research and data analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and tools.
