Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall team who oversees the end to end involvement of the Finance System (across ERP platform and other standalone finance solutions)
- Managing a small team, but familiar working with direct and offshore resources
- Work with various Business Units leaders, Finance leaders and senior stakeholders in overseeing daily activities, maintenance, new projects and improvements
- Manage the overall team budget and resources
- Familiar with complex business models and different accounting standards across the region
Requirements:
- More than 10 years experience in Finance Systems or relating discipline
- Experience in a leadership role and team management (but comfortable with small direct team resource)
- Experience working in complex and matrix international environment or at Group structure
- Experience in finance processes, industry best practices, different accounting standards and governance
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Knowledgeable on finance systems including but not limited to:
- ERP (Oracle, SAP, Sun Financial etc)
- EPM (Anaplan, Oracle, etc)
- Treasury (Kyriba etc)
- Inbuilt finance solutions (especially for integration)
- Ideally someone who is ERP brands agnostic
