My client is a renowned brand name in the consumer products industry; seeking for Application Manager to be part of the global technology team to manage the HR Systems
Responsibilities
- Working closely with business stakeholders through the SDLC - from gathering requirements, translating business requirements to functional specs, develop and evaluate business solutions
- To understand the global business processes - be responsible for business engagement, business analysis and also system analysis.
- Being in the end user space, its a role mix of projects rollout, enhancements, change request and support
- Work together with internal IT team and external vendors; responsible to be the Subject Matter expert for all HR relating applications and systems
- Be part of the HR transformation journey, to help lead and execute technology roadmaps with business and technology, improving the future landscape of HR systems
- Systems include but not limited to: SAP Success Factors, SAP HCM modules, Kronos, other customise solutions specifically for business needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field
- Experience with Success Factors is ideal, but open to any other HR solutions such as Workday, SAP HCM will be considered as well
- Familiar with Agile methodology
- Flexible in mindset, eager and open to learn different new solutions
