We are looking for an IT Application Manager role on a 12-month contract basis. This role will be convertible to permanent headcount based on your performance.

Role Overview:

This role plays a critical role in partnering with the market providing technical support and problem resolution related to Practice management system (PMS) and the integrated applications to help the clinics to improve efficiency and profitability. Accountability for the management of PMS including the integrated applications across all entities in Asia. The role is responsible to translate, implement and operationalize business plan into robust, secure, and scalable PMS including the integrated systems to support business. The role is also responsible for ensuring applications architectural guidance, design, oversight, improvement, and governance of the PMS applications portfolio. The position will play key role to conceptualize, design and standardize the market PMS landscape providing strategic coordination as well as tactical governance across the region.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Business Analysis and Project Management (60% of your job scope)

* Responsible for the analysis, evaluation, development, testing and implementation of PMS and related software applications implementation and/or upgrade of existing application to meet business needs.

* Develop project plans, identify project tasks and procedures for the assigned project.

* Responsible for tracking of project milestones and adjusting project plans to meet project timeline.

* Review and evaluate work products, methods, and procedures to ensure quality delivery.

* Provide accurate and timely reports to the company and escalate functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.

* Prepare documentation including project reports, process and user manuals, presentations, strategic and technical plans, and other related information on assigned application analyses.

* Regularly interacts with functional groups to communicate and clarify customer requirements.

* Performs as liaison between process owner, end-users, and vendors to define and establish requirements. Investigates and resolves problems.

* Ensures that the design and integration of the PMS and related systems, leads to the development and growth of the business through effects use of technology.

* Responsible for researching, developing, and implementing testing methods and procedures. ©

Business Partnering (10% of your job scope)

* Work closely with business stakeholders to help guide and advise on the use of PMS solutioning to ensure technology support the business when required.

Support (30% of your job scope)

* Provide consulting and application support to users, involves handling "how-to" questions, and liaise with vendors to address the needs or issues.

* Work with users to identify improvement in using the applications to support business operations, including redesigning processes to maximize the benefits.

* Perform application testing for upgrades or new features releases.

Must have skills and experience:

  • 5+ years experiences in project management and implement software solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Healthcare Practice Management system capabilities and functions
  • Strong understanding of information systems and business processes
  • Ability to interface with various levels and technical competencies across company/departments.
  • Added advantage - Experience ERP, HR, CRM, websites applications management and support.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, manage multiple activities and priorities, and work well under pressure.
  • Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or relevant discipline
  • Certified project management, such as PMP, etc
  • Industry preference: human healthcare, retail, F&B or service industry with front line support with quick turnaround time.
