Our client is a Technology business within the Financial Services/Insurance sector. They are looking to hire a Head of Marketing, min 8 years of experience, who is strong in execution, self-motivated, and able to guide a small team of marketers in a start-up environment.
Role Attributes
- Marketing leader with strong commercial sense and growth mindset to drive new customer acquisition and new business inflow across all Digital channels
- Deep understanding of consumer behaviors, particularly for Gen X/Y in Singapore to be able to deliver effective content and other marketing tactics to reach to targeted customers for acquisition, engagement and cross/sell
- Evidence of marketing new products and/or new brands; understanding of media market in Singapore
- Results-oriented digital marketer with strong analytical skills and experience of building an effective hypothesises testing practices, e.g. A/B testing, test & to improve customer conversion funnels, drive channel efficiencies and optimise CPA
- Resourceful and creative content and communication marketer ideally with good understanding of financial services rules & regulations, be RNFed by MAS for Life insurance and CIS (Collective Investment Scheme, i.e. ILPs/Unit Trusts) to be able to initiate/source/approve customer communication contents across all direct channels
- Risk-based decision maker with good understanding of product specific risk & control mechanism to be able to document, review and manage change of the controls according to regulatory requirements / business policies
- Empowering people manager and team player
Key Responsibilities
- Drive direct new customer acquisition (SuperApp & Website)
- Manage content / digital marketing activities to deliver business objectives (acquisition, engagement and cross sell)
- Build effective customer communities to drive acquisition and engagement
- Business owner of public website and company Facebook / LinkedIn
- Manage marketing team / people
- Decisions within the Marketing activities execution details within approved plan & budget
- Work with external marketing agencies and able to recommend suitable agencies for business needs.
Role
- Approval of all content on behalf of marketing
- Resources allocation, leave approval and change of process within the team
- Design/ creative / content / business logic changes on public website / Facebook / LinkedIn including scope of customer testing, e.g. A/B testing, usability testing, research etc. within plan & budget
- Activities & execution with approved agencies within budget
- Scope of marketing & new business-related specific customer testing, e.g. A/B testing, usability testing, research etc. within plan & budget
- Design of marketing effectiveness MI and data capturing
- Marketing related T&C / SLA with agencies
