Job Duties
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process
- Collaborate proactively with hiring managers to understand the job requirements, and develop effective talents sourcing strategies
- Prepare the visa application for non-local staff
- Generate monthly TA statistic updates for management review
- Assist in the review and formulation of HR & Admin policies & procedures to drive process improvements
- Assist in HR & Admin operations when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years in talent acquisition from dynamic and fast-moving industry
- Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
- Super interpersonal & communication skills and experience
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
