Job Duties

  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process
  • Collaborate proactively with hiring managers to understand the job requirements, and develop effective talents sourcing strategies
  • Prepare the visa application for non-local staff
  • Generate monthly TA statistic updates for management review
  • Assist in the review and formulation of HR & Admin policies & procedures to drive process improvements
  • Assist in HR & Admin operations when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years in talent acquisition from dynamic and fast-moving industry
  • Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Super interpersonal & communication skills and experience
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
