I am looking for somebody who has strong HR Operations experience and has delivered a COE for a shared service function globally.
The Centre of Excellence & Innovation Support Lead will report to Head of People Solutions. This role is critical to supporting the transformation of new HR Centres of Excellence & Innovation Support Organisation from a traditional Shared Service organisation to a GBS organisation.
The primary responsibility for this role will be to partner with the Business and lead the delivery of exceptional business solutions in support of the activities in areas of specialised HR Centres of Excellence & Innovation (COE&Is).
Due to COVID this role is fully remote so location is not a problem.
