About our client
Our client is a HK based Fintech company which provides a variety of fintech services for businesses. To cope with the business expansion, they are looking for an energetic & innovative calibre to join the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
- Develop and lead the execution of organizational development plan, budgeting HR projects for all levels of staff such as management program, graduate trainee program, employee relations projects, etc
- Develop performance management processes, sourcing tools and building framework
- Maintain HR systems and processes
- Prepare analysis reports and relevant surveys to follow up the effectiveness of the result on projects implementation
- Work closely with HRBP to facilitate performance review cycle and employee communication
- Promote company core values and support in organizing staff activities and company events
- Lead and participate in HR related projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with major in Human Resources Management or any related disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years' solid HR experience preferably in Fintech / Banking / Technology industry
- Strong in HR system, good knowledge in OKR is a definite advantage
- Proven track record on training program design and competency model setup
- Familiar with Employment Ordinance and related employment regulations
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with flexible and positive working attitudes
- Strong interpersonal communication skills as well as proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
