Key Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for everything related to human resources and management of x2 advisers
  • Focus on implementing strategy, planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Working closely with the CEO and other senior stakeholders
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organisation at hearings.
  • Supports employees by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program
  • Day to day counselling managers on HR related issues and candidate selection for interview processes
