Role summary
You will be responsible for overseeing the entire range of Human Resources functions, serving as a strategic partner to facilitate the ongoing growth of the business. About the role
The role involves strategic HR planning through collaboration with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives. It includes providing insights for organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. In employee relations, the HRBP serves as a trusted advisor, addressing issues, conducting investigations, and ensuring policy consistency. Talent management responsibilities include partnering with leadership for workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development. The role also supports performance management, employee development, recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits management, HR analytics, reporting, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
What you will bring along with you
The ideal candidate should possess a degree with approximately 10 years of experience in HR Business Partner roles or comprehensive human resource functions. Key qualifications include excellent collaboration, influencing, and communication skills across diverse stakeholders. The candidate should demonstrate strong interpersonal and consulting abilities, particularly in dealing with employees at all organizational levels. They must have a results-driven mindset, translating complex strategies into tangible goals, tactics, and deliverables. Being a self-starter with energy, positivity, and robust problem-solving skills is essential. The candidate should be proactive, passionate, and willing to take initiatives, displaying a high sense of ownership and accountability. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is a requirement. The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment is also crucial.
