Responsibilities:
- Advise on various regulatory aspects of the HK Equities businesses
- Provide coverage and oversight for HK Equities - across Prime, cash equities and equity derivatives
- Facilitate the risk management of compliance and regulatory risks related to HK Equities
- Extend RC advisory risk stewardship and oversight of the Global Markets Equities business
- Deliver timely escalation to the Equities senior management team where appropriate
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Hong Kong, Asian regulations related to equities and Global Markets
- Strong team leader and mentor having appropriate interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working experience in a Compliance Advisory role in a Global Markets segment is preferred
- Fluent in English. Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is preferred
