- Strategic planning and management of the entire product portfolio, product roadmaps in line with the Company vision.
- Create and present visionary innovations (occasionally in front of investors or analysts), strategic decision proposals, as well as the calculation of business cases.
- Propose and review product requirements documents and ensure products are launched correctly and on schedule
- Sales and profit and loss responsibility for the entire business lines.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other departments.
- Develop strategies that drive focus and investment in the most valuable channels, customer segment and products to increase profitability.
- Establish programs that deliver consistent, predictable, profitable growth over both the near and long term while also improving processes, team effectiveness and productivity.
- Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
- Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users.
- Lead a product management team in which you motivate and achieve steady improvements in your area.
- Identification and promotion of high potentials and talents.
Job requirement:
- Bachelor or higher degree in Business, Finance, Financial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields
- More than 5 years experience working in Finance sector (banking, E-commerce or E-wallet …) at same level
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Experience of working with cross functional partners such as sales or franchise leadership
- Solid experience or understanding of banking products or E-wallet product.\
- Strong technical & analytical skills - advanced excel, PowerPoint, background in data modeling/data analytics and/or data mining - experience with Tableau//Microsoft BI/MicroStrategy and SQL coding
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Technical knowledge in software development and technologies
