Our client is one of the leading Digital Asset Exchange company in Thailand. They are looking for Head of Legal & Compliance to be working in Bangkok CBD with the responsibility to take care of Compliance, Legal and Company Secretary tasks while reporting directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
· Manage overall compliance and legal for the company
· Ensure compliance with FATCA, AMLO, SEC, and government affairs
· Support duties assigned by Head of Legal & Compliance and Compliance Manager
· Audit controls and measurements within the company
· Liaise with external counsel, where applicable, on pending case or legal related matters
· Maintain and monitoring the register of shareholders while arrange Annual Meeting and another sub meeting
The successful applicant will have:
· A Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in law or related field
· 8+ years of working experience in Legal, Compliance or Company secretary
· Familiar with SEC, AMLO, FATCA and government affair
· Understands the local& international laws and policies
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai
· Experience in Financial, Capital or Digital Asset Market
· Thai nationality only
