Argyll Scott is helping the client looking for Head of IT Cloud Service. This role will responsible for leading design, continuous improvement of the ITSM processes such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Level Management Processes.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Ensure the availability of application, infrastructure and other tools necessary for the delivery of high quality IT service
  • Work with security team to define security incident response process, Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC)
  • Develop deplopyment pipeline (DevSecOps), Scourc code control
  • Mange and control vendor for Cloud Infrastrucrure Manage Service
  • Define and review the measurement of the services using metrics that include key performance indicators (KPIs) generating and distributing quality reports to measure the effectiveness and meet SLA
  • Continuous improvement the incident/problem by technology and automation (SRE concept)
  • Plan and Lead for DR, BCP Testing
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a customer-focused approach

Key Qualifications;

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information System, Information Technology or any related fields
  • At least 10 years works experienced in IT Service Management, IT Infrastructure, IT Operaion
  • 5 to 7 years' experience working within the ITIL Frameworks and leading an ITSM tool and/or process team
  • Experience with Cloud Infrastuture, Cloud Security, DevSecOps
  • Experience with incident and problem management, change management, problem-solving, and root cause analysis
  • Knowledgeable in System Admin, DBA, Network
  • Practical experience of ITIL and ITIL certification
