New Role working as Head of Finance for a F&B Business based in Dubai. Managing a team of 4 direct reports and 10 indirect. The position reportsts directly to the GM and is part of the senior management team.
1) Job Purpose
To protect, grow and maximize shareholders' value in the business by:
- Having a robust Governance framework - ensure legal and statutory compliance
- Effective management of Financial resources - maximizing Commercial ROI's
- Performing a critical role on the Management Team
- Develop, lead and direct the Finance and Supply Chain Functions
2) Principal Accountabilities
- Company strategic planning and decisions
- Directly contribute towards development and execution of Company strategy
- Develop dynamic models and tools to aid decision making and scenario planning
- Set and agree investment priorities, objectives and evaluation
- Planning
- Lead and Co-ordinate Functional inputs during the planning process
- Approve and present Annual plan as part of Management Team
- Execution of business plans
- Monitor actual performance and ensure alignment to original objectives, budgets, commercial framework
- In conjunction with MT Ensure smooth and flawless execution of company business plans
- Fulfilling company's legal obligations, corporate finance & IT policies
- Ensure that the company complies with all legal and fiscal obligations
- Drive contracts/agreements discussions with principals/distributor/third parties ensuring long term business continuity
