About The Head of Category - Electronics Role
Develop online category for Electronics to achieve target sales and GP; Control the operations of buying and merchandising of products under responsibilities to ensure effective operations of buying and merchandising aligning with organization goal, and achieve the highest profitability and gross sales
The salary range: 280,000-320,000 THB/month with Bonus and insurance
Responsibilities:
- Develop online category strategy and execution plan for Electronics category: positioning, assortment, and promotions
- Monitor category sales and create action plans and/or work with Campaign Managers to drive category growth
- Manage online stock to be at the healthy level
- Develop the joint business plan with key suppliers and manage relationship to drive brands and category growth through special partnership offering, exclusive products, etc.
- Collaborate with trade managers on develop and execute attractive deals or campaigns to increase category sales
- Motivate, inspire, develop, and lead a team of top online merchandisers
Qualification:
- Have at least Five years of merchandising experience
- Had experience working with big conglomerate/corporate (prefer a mix of both corporate and start up)
- Fluent in both Thai and English
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skill
- Bachelor or Master degree in business related field
