Responsibilities:
Business Partnering :
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to provide financial insights and support for strategic decision-making.
- Analyze marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotions to evaluate their financial impact and effectiveness.
- Provide financial guidance on pricing strategies, product launches, and market trends.
Closing & Forecasting:
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial forecasts, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow projections.
- Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts, identifying key drivers and providing actionable recommendations.
Budget Control:
- Assist in the development of annual budgets in collaboration with various departments.
- Monitor budget performance, track spending against targets, and provide regular updates to management.
- Implement cost control measures and initiatives to optimize resource allocation and improve profitability.
Internal Control:
- Establish and maintain robust internal control procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial processes to identify areas for improvement and mitigate risks.
- Work closely with internal audit teams to address any findings and implement corrective actions.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Implement best practices and standardize procedures across finance and other relevant departments.
- Drive initiatives to enhance financial reporting capabilities and data analytics tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial finance, with a strong understanding of financial analysis, planning, and reporting.
- Experience working in the FMCG industry is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a Big 4 accounting firm is advantageous.
- Proven track record of business partnering with cross-functional teams, particularly in marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Native Thai speaker with Good command of English
