Responsibilities:

  1. Business Partnering :

    • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to provide financial insights and support for strategic decision-making.
    • Analyze marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotions to evaluate their financial impact and effectiveness.
    • Provide financial guidance on pricing strategies, product launches, and market trends.
  2. Closing & Forecasting:

    • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
    • Prepare accurate and timely financial forecasts, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow projections.
    • Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts, identifying key drivers and providing actionable recommendations.
  3. Budget Control:

    • Assist in the development of annual budgets in collaboration with various departments.
    • Monitor budget performance, track spending against targets, and provide regular updates to management.
    • Implement cost control measures and initiatives to optimize resource allocation and improve profitability.
  4. Internal Control:

    • Establish and maintain robust internal control procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
    • Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial processes to identify areas for improvement and mitigate risks.
    • Work closely with internal audit teams to address any findings and implement corrective actions.
  5. Process Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
    • Implement best practices and standardize procedures across finance and other relevant departments.
    • Drive initiatives to enhance financial reporting capabilities and data analytics tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial finance, with a strong understanding of financial analysis, planning, and reporting.
  • Experience working in the FMCG industry is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in a Big 4 accounting firm is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of business partnering with cross-functional teams, particularly in marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Native Thai speaker with Good command of English
