Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate with the business team in order to drive business strategic and implementation

  • Drive cost efficiency requirements with leadership team to enhance business performance

  • Provide management with timely reviews of organization's financial status and progress in its various programs and activities.

  • Perform FX rate risk management to apply with capital assets.

  • Give a management team advise on taxation or related regulations.

  • Participate and supervise with external audit firm

Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily operation and maintenance of the Accounting system including cost accounting, production analysis, month-end and year-end close, financial statements, and the financial analysis of all spending

  • Assure that all transactions are properly recorded in accordance with GAAP, Company policy and procedures.

  • Coordinate all physical inventories with a goal to eliminate them by implementing a cycle counting process, assure proper obsolescence have/need to accurately represent the proper statement of the inventory values and quantities.

  • Prepare and enter all journal entries needed to properly report financial performance for both internal and external requirements

  • Responsible to assure that all accounts are reconciled on an as needed basis or as requested.

  • Assist in developing all necessary financial reports including Financial forecasts and budgets, Gross Margin/Product analysis, Management sales reports and any other analysis requested by Management...

  • Prepare reporting which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations.

  • Direct preparation of budgets, reviews budget proposals, and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification.

  • Cost/Benefit analysis of capital projects

  • Monthly project accounting with impact on cash flow forecasting

  • Support implementation and maintenance of key computer systems infrastructure such as ERP and Business Intelligence.
