Finance Analyst - Real Estate
Salary - £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

A Real Estate company are looking for a Finance Analyst to join their fast paced, busy finance team. Supporting the finance department to drive and refine the business growth strategy with an analytical mindset.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Create financial models & excel models.
· Work closely with the partners.
· Business planning for Q3 & Q4.
· Stakeholder management.
· Analysing Real Estate trends.
Key skills required for this role will include:
· Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) 1 -2 years post qualified experience.
· Real Estate experience.
· Good excel / modelling skills.
· Experience in working with strict deadlines.
