The Client
An international manufacturing Company
The Role
- Ensuring the best services are provided to customers.
- Managing the liaison with the Commercial team and the relevant operations departments interlinked with the store.
- Assisting in the development, implementation, and management of best practice procedures to ensure compliance to both internal and external service level requirements.
- Coordinating activities with the regulatory affairs department to ensure the timely provision of accurate documentation for exportation purposes.
- Establishing and maintaining a good relationship with all customers.
The People
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years experience as Maintenance improvement or Service Engineer
- Good understanding of the automation system
- Communicable English skills
