Seeking for experienced Engineering Lead for a client of mine that sits within the Financial Services space. Permanent role based in Singapore and a hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities:
- You are entrepreneurial and enjoy working in a startup environment
- Building architecture services and systems using design patterns for developments and scaling
- Experience in leading a team and mentoring teammates in an open and empathetic manner
- Enthusiastic in contributing and working closely with product team to translate ideas to everyday business value
- Agile in anticipating future cases and makes design decisions that minimize cost of future changes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Full-stack development experience is ideal
- Open to learning Flutter/Dart
- Problem-solving skills, an analytical mind and a positive attitude
- A good communicator who can explain technical concepts to product managers, designers, support, and other engineers
- Inquisitive and curious about how things work
