Argyll Scott Thailand, a Hydrogen Group's recruitment consultancy firm, is working with a leading financial services company who is expanding their business capability in Thailand. They are now looking for a .NET Developer to join their team in Bangkok.
Job Summary
In this role, you will collaborate with other developers, product managers, QA, and client/professional services to enhance and maintain our client's software. We are looking for well-rounded developers who work well in a development team using iterative development methodologies to create robust, high-quality production systems
Responsibilities:
- You will develop, test, debug and implement code for existing/new business applications
- Perform development in a .Net environment using C#
- Review business and functional requirements provided by the Product Management
- You will build technical design documentation and contribute to technical design discussions that will result in new business or technical improvements
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and continually review existing architecture and development processes for improvements
- Work in an Agile software development process, contributing to story and task creation
- Ensure every coding path is unit tested and bug-free
- Ensure all code conforms to software security practices and is free from vulnerabilities
- Work with QA to build test cases and explain impacted test areas
- Rapidly resolve bugs and fix defects discovered during client implementations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 year of hands-on experience of software development using the following technologies: .NET Framework/C# and database development using MS SQL Server
- Knowledge of ASP.Net, HTML, JavaScript, MVC, Web API, .NET Framework, Net Core, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap, Angular
- Experience in Git/Version Control
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices for the full software development life cycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, unit testing, and operations
- Experience using SDLC frameworks such as Scrum or other Agile frameworks and using tools such as Jira to facilitate
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, related degree, or comparable experience
- Proven track record for developing, releasing, and supporting high-quality products
- Professional experience developing performant, scalable, complex systems
- Positive working attitude and attention to detail
