2.JOB GOALS
- Assess and ensure intermediary infrastructure and delivery capacity align with RTC transformation requirements.
- Coordinate the list of intermediaries for Distribution development, identify and drive opportunities and facilitate onboarding in line with the annual RTC transformation roadmap.
- Ensure visibility of customers and price lists on Distributor deployment, align intermediary optimized routing plans based on coverage.
- Embed a new way of working, encompassing order and delivery flow, and new fulfillment KPIs.
- Provide support, knowledge transfer, and resources to internal and external stakeholders.
3. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate in Business Administration/Economics.
- From 5 years of working experience in commercial FMCG, including at least 2 years in Senior sales. Management trainee background is a plus
- Proficient in sales frameworks and knowledgeable about fundamental field sales principles.
- Strong negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills.
- Support negotiation and periodic renewals for Distributor and customer contracts.
- Deep understanding of Route-to-Market (RTM) and a robust background in sales field and sales operations.
- Change management expertise, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Good at English
