  • Collaborate closely with Digital Sales and Customer Centricity teams on the deployment plan and execution of B2B/telesales.
  • Align customer selection criteria and lists for digital sales scale-up (B2B, telesales) and drive the onboarding of customers in line with the annual RTC transformation roadmap; provide support to the regional sales team in customer acquisition.
  • Monitor the agenda and progress of B2B and telesales to ensure a smooth transition to the new way of working.
  • Digital sales data analysis and deployment for Sales Strategy


  • University graduate in Business Administration/Economics.
  • From 5 years of working experience in commercial FMCG, including at least 2 years in Senior sales. Management Trainee background is a plus.
  • Proficient in sales frameworks and knowledgeable about fundamental field sales principles.
  • Strong negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytics skills, including proficiency in using Excel and SQL.
  • Deep understanding of Route-to-Market (RTM) and a robust background in sales field and sales operations.
  • Change management expertise, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
