JOB GOALS
- Collaborate closely with Digital Sales and Customer Centricity teams on the deployment plan and execution of B2B/telesales.
- Align customer selection criteria and lists for digital sales scale-up (B2B, telesales) and drive the onboarding of customers in line with the annual RTC transformation roadmap; provide support to the regional sales team in customer acquisition.
- Monitor the agenda and progress of B2B and telesales to ensure a smooth transition to the new way of working.
- Digital sales data analysis and deployment for Sales Strategy
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate in Business Administration/Economics.
- From 5 years of working experience in commercial FMCG, including at least 2 years in Senior sales. Management Trainee background is a plus.
- Proficient in sales frameworks and knowledgeable about fundamental field sales principles.
- Strong negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills.
- Analytics skills, including proficiency in using Excel and SQL.
- Deep understanding of Route-to-Market (RTM) and a robust background in sales field and sales operations.
- Change management expertise, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
