My client is a fintech company that makes cross-border payments a breeze and creates a more competitve solution for businesses to gain access to financial services. They are currently expanding and looking for a number of Product Managers to join. This specific Product Manager will be responsible for designing the end-to-end Customer onboarding journey.
Product Manager (KYC)
Responsibilities:
- Define customer onboarding E2E flow
- Summarize the common elements and characteristics of different partners for KYC requirements and provide alignment for a standarized product
- Engage with banks, FIs, Logistics and platforms for potential cooperation regarding KYC
Requirements:
- Product and mobile application development experience from FinTech / Mobile Payment / Digital Banking sectors
- Knowledge of API, mobile application
- Experience in eKYC
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese
- Experience with documentation tools such as Jira or Confluence
