Key Responsibility
- Investigating and resolving production system errors
- Ensuring the operating system performance and availability meets agreed SLAS
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
- Manage release deployments, ensure full understanding of deployment procedures &
- life cycle, and complete the deployment in a timely and efficient way with minimal system interruption
- Develop scripts to automate tasks & improve visualization
- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
- Keep up to date on modern technologies and trends and advocate to system performance with a focus on high availability and scalability
- Monitor all aspects of our infrastructure
Key Requirements
- Excellence English speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience as DevOps / System Engineer
- Skilled in Linux
- Working knowledge of AWS
- Windows Server 2008 or 2012 system administration is a plus
- Experience in DNS, HTTP/s, TCP/IP, .NET on IIS & SQL Server
- Exposure to SSIS and SSAS is a plus
