Responsibilities:
- Design, build, deploy and monitor data models across different type of products
- Responsible for end to end ownership of the models, from conceptualization initiatives, to alignment of business outcomes and metrics
- Define analytics opportunities, driving projects pertaining to continuous improvement, digitization and operations
- Translate business problems into data science projects, including and not limited to identification of patterns, development of models, and evaluating solutions
- Develop machine learning models to optimize processes and operations
- Prepare model documentations
- Experience working with offshore data team and manage internal team
Requirements:
- Bachelors / Masters/ PhD in Engineering / Computer Science/ Statistics/ Applied Mathematics/ Business Analytics
- Experience in achieving successes through Data-driven applications
- Good understanding of machine learning concepts, techniques and algorithms
- Familiar with Python, R and SQL
- Knowledge of using Spark APIs, able to build end to end data pipelines
- Experience working on text recognition or NLP data models will be an added advantage
- Able to work independently to solve problems and develop solutions
