Job Responsibilities: Outline primary duties using concise task descriptions, detailing the percentage of time allocated to each function.

Routine Operations (90%):

  • Regularly analyze Business Performance utilizing GA4, Data.ai, and MarTech tools (20%).
  • Oversee, optimize, and sustain the existing MarTech infrastructure (CEP, MMP, UX/UI Analytics, GA4) (25%).
  • Work with Content Management Platform and external agencies to enrich Web/App content, emphasizing platform performance and SEO (20%).
  • Provide expert advice on routine platform features, guiding project owners and driving Content Management Platform development for business impact (15%).
  • Maintain thorough documentation and promote knowledge sharing within the team (10%).

Initiative Leadership (10%):

  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to enhance campaign effectiveness (5%).
  • Spot opportunities for new features and tools to enhance MarTech capabilities (5%).

Working Relationship:

  • List regular interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Frequent engagement with Cross-Functional Project Teams and Digital counterparts.
  • Occasional engagement with Research Agencies and the Leadership Team.
  • Limited interaction with Store/Team Members & RGMs.

Required Skills and Experience: Specify educational background and professional qualifications necessary for the role.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. EXPERIENCE (and additional qualifications):
  • Minimum of 4 years in Digital Marketing and digital operations, with proficiency in Analytic tools.
  • Demonstrated dedication to fostering innovation, effective communication, and diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team.
  • Proven capability to lead independently and collaboratively, effecting change and making crucial decisions under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, proficiency in both English and Thai.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing, MarTech, Project management, and innovation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with various MarTech Tools, SEO, CEP, MMP, and Analytics is advantageous.
