Responsibilities:
- Responsible to plan, develop, and implement overall group cybersecurity initiatives, information security and risk management program, policies and standards
- Work closely with local in-country team on project implementations and support issues
- Responsible to ensure alignment of security frameworks and practices for overall operations, incident management and reporting
- Responsible for managing and liaising with stakeholders, vendors and partners on all cybersecurity processes and topics
- Adapt, deploy and monitor security awareness training programs to IT and general users
- Hold the initiative to continuously research and update the organization on the latest cybersecurity technology, threats and industry best practices
Requirements:
- At least more than 5 years of Cybersecurity relating experience
- Familiar with APAC regions, particularly South East Asia regions
- Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or other similar certs is highly advantageous
- Experience with technical hands-on experience in various topics:
- System Security, VA, PT, Patch Management, Hardening
- Network Security, firewalls, IPS, Web Proxies
- IAM, Data governance
- Cloud-based solutions and tools
- Familiar with ISO27000/ISO27001 or NIST frameworks
