A lifestyle consumer product client is looking for a commercial and proactive Customer Insights Manager to join its Singapore office.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Customers, you will translate the art and science of the numeric and analytics of customers data to enable the right business decisions and strategies, which essentially touching every present and future consumer of the brand.

Key responsibilities

  • Guardian of the CRM data and system - Working with multiple internal and external parties (eg. Retail, Marketing, IT, external agencies) to ensure data integrity and compliance, and system maintenance and enhancement
  • Deliver and articulate on-time and insightful data analysis to unveil customers' demographics vis-à-vis spending trends and opportunities
  • Partner with brand marketing teams to develop effective strategies to acquire and nurture customer base (by customer numbers and spending value) and provide timely performance measurement

Key requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in CRM data analytics and insights
  • Strong analytical approach with sound commercial acumen
  • Strong belief in proactively driving the business through Customer Insights
  • Dynamic personality with team management experience and gravitas to communicate with and influence all levels of stakeholders
