Seeking for someone with the Head of Tech / CTO capacity to help grow and lead the business in the technology solution front for a fintech business.
- Ideally coming from a Software Engineering background - able to work with business and guide the team towards transforming the strategy and architecture of the engineering platform.
- Responsible to lead and drive the technical vision, work towards optimising existing landscape as well as identifying new emerging technologies to ensure prodcuts continue to be at forefront in innovations using cutting edge technologies.
- Repsonible to be the key advisor to business stakeholders and C-level leadership team for overall product directions and strategies
- Experience managing production and mission critial applications which are scalable and of public facing nature at high availability environment
- Manage financial budgets for project deliveries
- Experience in managing large scale resources projects involving at least 50-100 resources; ranging from developers, solution architects, project managers, product managers etc
Technical Environment
- More than 15 Years of experience
- Agile Methodology
- Software Engineering background with TDD experience
- Familiar with API, Microservices, distributed and scalable environment
- Experience in public cloud domains - open with AWS / Azure / GCP
- Experience with B2C / D2C / Distribution / Retail evironment is of an added advantage
