Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to take charge of all aspects of our business operations, personnel management, and ventures, with a primary focus on driving the success of our Food & Beverage division. This role involves ensuring operational efficiency in distribution while exercising strategic acumen and leadership prowess to guide the company towards profitability and alignment with its vision, mission, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to support cost-effective operations and market expansion.
  • Strategize and execute sales plans to meet objectives set by the board and shareholders.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities while remaining adaptable to changing conditions.
  • Utilize trend analysis and data insights to devise effective sales strategies aimed at revenue growth.
  • Oversee financial performance, investments, and business unit ventures.
  • Analyze and address challenges to sustain and grow the company.
  • Supervise day-to-day logistics, warehouse, and distribution activities for optimal efficiency and compliance.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, providing guidance and motivation to maximize performance.
  • Lead and inspire teams to enhance productivity and commitment.
  • Foster trust relationships with stakeholders, business partners, and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure consistent communication and adherence to policies and legal guidelines within the business unit.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Demonstrated expertise in the FMCG industry with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, financial management, and business development.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and sales processes.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Leadership capabilities to foster collaborative and results-driven environments.
  • Analytical skills to address business challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Exceptional leadership, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient conflict resolution skills.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English languages.
