about the job
Leading a team of Business Analysts, you will be responsible for the implementation, and maintenance of various technology solutions for our business units, driving important initiatives across the business to ensure that we deliver the best experience for our users and stakeholder.
Based on the business needs across Logistic / Supply Chain, Sales & Distribution, Material Management domain, integrations with other platforms, the individual will contribute to driving projects, enhancements, and operations functions.
- This role will work with the stakeholders and key users to design and deliver improvement to help the business to manage its SAP environment.
- Responsible & accountable for delivering business demands, converting them into projects and delivery of the same from IT perspective in close liaising with business stakeholders
- Manage, deliver & drive in priority the project portfolio across all facets of prioritisation, planning and resource allocation through to delivery of projects.
- Drive & deliver large-scale group projects initiatives, in compliance and as per guidelines set by the group. Ensure standards & compliance as per Group and Zone directives.
- Lead and drive SAP local project initiatives with specific attention to the IT integrations (across SD/MM/SCM/ modules or between SAP and other applications)
- These activities will imply prioritization, planning, effort estimate (internal/external resources), alignment with key stakeholders, key users, proper communication etc.
- Support the appropriate in-house and outsourced core systems/ SAP strategies.
skill & experience require
To succeed in this role, you must possess experience in leading a team and Logistic / Supply Chain, Sales & Distribution, Material Management domain.
- Strong Operational, Strategic, Delivery, business acumen with a demonstrated ability to interact with key stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis responsibilities.
- Degree holder in related discipline from recognised University.
