Our Client:
Our partner is a leading Global Logistics company. They operate in Thailand for long time and focusing on end-to-end solution as well as a standalone service, to arrange and manage air, land and ocean freight shipments. Currently, they are looking for an experienced Transport Solution design to implement the operation of transport team.
Key Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for Transport Solution design in both strategy and operation view. In this role, you will:
- Analyze data, activities and information flows to assess process efficiency and transportation costs.
- Provide the solution design of the following topics: Routing planning, Manpower planning and Cost module planning
- Provide solution in the cost modeling and analysis of business for pricing determination and business improvement analysis
- Use statistical modeling skill to develop logical solutions in order to meet the agreed customer requirements
Key Requirements:
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in 3PL or freight forwarder. You will have a Bachelor degree level or higher in Business and/or Transport Engineering. Master's in Supply Chain Management and/or MBA an advantage and It is highly desirable that you will have experience:
- 5+ years of experience in related industry, with at least 3 years in a lead Transportation Solutions role.
- Strong knowledge of the following topics: Routing planning, Manpower planning and Cost module planning
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Strong drive and resilience.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English (Highly Desirable)
