What Success Looks Like:

  • Functional Performance: Choose success metrics reflecting work processes crucial for the job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain productive, long-term customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements deeply.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of shoppers, categories, and the market.
  • Prepare volume forecasts and plans.
  • Collaborate closely with teams from various departments.
  • Resolve client issues and act as a liaison between customers and internal teams.

Job Qualifications:

  • College degree (Bachelor's or Master's) with a preference for a business focus.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, demonstrating expertise in GT sales or a related field.
  • Strong visionary, strategic, and leadership skills.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to drive innovation and brand growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, with good English (written and spoken).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated potential for professional growth within the corporation.
  • Willingness to relocate nationally and internationally.
  • Vietnamese proficiency required.
