Description
- Lead a team to design, formulate and deliver digital payment solutions
- Engage with internal stakeholders to define the payment solution's direction, vision and roadmap
- Manage the SDLC of digital solution for multi-method of payment e.g. cards, e-wallet, and other alternative payment methods and local payment methods; multi-jurisdictions/ locations; value-added services e.g. loyalty/ rewards, instalment, currency conversion
- Ability to lead and drive a team towards organisation efficiency
Requirements
- With 7+ years' relevant experience, i.e. solution architect/ product owner
- Strong business acumen, leadership skills and ability to influence for results
- Track record of managing teams, ability to work under tight timescale
- Experience in fintech, payment platform, financial services, with cross border experience
- Demonstrable experience in delivering e-Payment and/ or e-Wallet solutions
- Technical skills on C++, Java, SOA, familiar with unix & linux
- English and Mandarin speaking, reading and writing skill is a must
