Reporting to the strategic Marketing Lead, you will drive impeccable branding communications work across the Asia region to support individual market needs.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the executions of integrated brand marketing and communications to reach the individual markets in Asia effectively
- Align and ensure global branding consistencies (in all consumer touchpoints) across the dynamic Asia countries, while respecting different cultural and social nuances
- Represent and articulate APAC voice in a collective and fearless manner to protect and advance the region's ambitious growth including but not limited to global conferences and leadership forums
Key requirements
- 7+ years of regional brand marketing and communications experience, preferably beauty/skincare/personal care/FMCG
- Excellent internal and external stakeholders' management experience across all levels, with proven record to negotiate and influence
- Sound knowledge and experience in new product development (NPD) and launch-/go-to-market
