Role : Accounting Manager
Role and Responsibilities :
The role will be responsible for all areas including general ledger/Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Fixed Assets/Inventories/Tax/Internal Control to ensure the financial statements are presented correctly and on timely manner according to Suntory group accounting policy and International Accounting Standard.
- In charge of General Ledger for month-end closing.
- Prepare Statutory Financial Statements
- Maintain SAP's functions-related Master Data
- Process to record AP/intercompany/Staff expense claim transactions (via Readsoft) and monitor AP & GRIR aging
- Process to record AR and monitor AR aging
- Review Balance Sheet and account reconciliations
- Process to account for Fixed Assets and Inventories
- Prepare Input VAT/Output VAT report and reconciliation for VAT submission.
- Co-operate with Tax team to submit PND50/51/53
- Ensure compliance and internal control process in place
- Support Internal & External auditor during field work period
- Closely work with Commercial/Operations team
- Adhoc assignments
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or master's degree in related field is preferable
- At least 5 years experiences in accounting
- Good command of spoken and written in English
- Knowledge of computerized accounting/financial systems (SAP, HFM) will be advantage
- Strong analytical and communication skill.
