Whilst in the process of establishing their Middle East legal entity, this world leading beauty brand engaged Argyll Scott to hire their full finance team in Dubai.
The challenge
We were tasked to set up the full finance team in Dubai with the best talent in the market. The roles stretched over three different business units and included positions such as: CFOs, FP&A, Treasury, GL Acct, Controllers & AP. We were under a tight deadline of three months to achieve this.
Our approach
We provided a salary survey on each individual position and weekly meetings to present candidates and a market map. Our team met each individual candidate face-to-face to conduct a full screening, and also coordinated the diaries of interviewers to make sure everything ran as smoothly and swiftly as possible. Argyll Scott managed the full interview and offer process throughout.
The outcome
We successfully filled 15 finance positions within the three month timeframe.
