Transport Vendor Management and Sourcing Manager
Salary: 90 - 100 KB per Month

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for all of the transport activities. Also, you will be required to:
- Sourcing Transport Subcontractor (4,6,10,16 Wheels)
- Manage vendor management and compliance performance
- Ensure that the subcontractor's truck is complied with the company policy
- Set KPIs, targets, and goals for monitoring and evaluating operations and cost effectiveness (P&L)
- Identify where to improve operations/activities/process to be more efficiency and cost-saving
- Develop, coach and train of staffs to improve performance and build up their capacity
Key Requirements:
The successful candidate for this role is required to have strong experience in Transport business(3PL). And, you need to have a bachelor's degree or higher in related field. Also, it is highly desirable that you have:
- At least 7 years' experiences in Transport and logistics & Supply Chain or related filed
- Experience in Transport Vendor Management and Transport Sourcing
- Financial and budgeting skills, experienced in P&L Management
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is highly desirable
