Job Summary:

1. Tender Business Strategies and Execution (40%)
This position support and implements tender process and submission, strategies including pricing strategies for a company's products. The position manages tender submission & secure high success in submission. This position acts a key gatekeeper on pricing control. He/ she works closely with several other departments, including sales, marketing, finance & operation & distributor to perform the required duties including: i) Tender Submission; ii) maintaining pricing structure and control; iii) keep track tender submission result.

2. Support and driven strategic resourcing (40%)
The scope including manage and improving company ability in financial strengths by being leader admin team to improve accounts receivables pending, instituting control price structure by support contract price submission, monitoring and correct problem bill, follow up purchase order to reduce accrued sales outstanding. This role works closely with multiple functions including internal departments, partner and customers.

3. Collaborate with other department 20%
This position will be working with several other departments, including sales & marketing team, finance team, operation team, and distributor. Key growth strategies and be a critical role in entire company success. The position well organize admin team and co-ordinate with several department and prioritise several task to complete within timeline.

Travel Requirements:

Might need to work outside of normal business hours and over the weekends in order to achieve expected objectives
