Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Product Manager of technology product
- Assessing market competition and calling on customers with field salespeople and evaluating sales call results.
- Identify problems and refine ideas, complementing that with data and research to guide product development.
- On going improve feature backlog to make sure we build the right stuff at the right time for the biggest business impact, trading off between tactical and strategic objectives.
- Work with our tech/design team to design (with strong focus on UI/UX) and implement architecturally sound solutions in an Agile fashion, communicating constantly, iterating quickly and shipping frequently.
- Follow through on new features and initiatives to see that they are operationalized well, and define appropriate metrics/ KPIs to measure product success that is ultimately tied back to the company's success.
Key Requirements
- A strong interest to play a leading role in an early-stage startup
- A willingness and ability to work in a dynamic environment and be resilient in the face of challenges.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, over a call and in writing in a structured and convincing manner
- Ability to prioritize and make trade-offs
- Strong sense of ownership, independence and accountability, while also paying attention to details
- Fluent in both Thai and English
- At least 5 years working experience with at least 3 years in product management ideally in a growth start-up
