Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of CRM in developing and improving the CRM eco-system vision and maintaining the CRM product roadmap and backlog.
- Understand, analyze, and create user stories for the CRM product backlog using appropriate and adequate acceptance criteria.
- Set up a regular cadence for gathering requirements, mapping out business and functional processes, managing expectations, and communicating progress and upcoming releases with business stakeholders.
- Inform business stakeholders about customer data issues and CRM platform features.
- Work with the business to map out business and functional processes.
- Analyze and combine shared and reusable services to create enabler features.
- Oversee delivery and QA teams and vendors in the execution of design sessions, system demo sessions, testing sessions, system deployment, and hyper care.
- Communicate with the QA team to ensure user stories are well understood, and the testing scope is aligned and complete.
- Communicate with architects and technology. Leads to clarification of feasibility and comprehension, as needed
- Ensure that change management is in place, and participate in business activities related to feature releases, such as process definitions and training.
- Identify risk areas in the delivery process and take the lead in developing plans to mitigate such risks.
- Recommend new CRM enhancements and initiatives aimed at increasing customer engagement.
- Manage system fixes that are prioritized against the backlog.
- As needed, provide workstream status and updates to the Head of CRM, upper management, and various committees.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a functional / business analysis capacity with CRM delivery projects, with Salesforce experience strongly preferred
- Experience as a Product Owner in Scrum Agile solution delivery
- Experience with Scaled Agile delivery is preferred.
- Extensive experience with project management, business process mapping, functional requirement gathering, data sizing, functionality testing, and change management.
- Excellent understanding of the capabilities and limitations of Salesforce platforms such as ServiceCloud, AppCloud, Heroku, MarketingCloud, and Force.com.
- Excellent understanding of APAC digital and omnichannel customer engagements
- Excellent knowledge of digital platforms, integration concepts, and solution architecture.
- Excellent understanding of the customer data model and data flow between integrated systems
- Experience in retail is preferred; experience in luxury retail is a plus.
- Fluent in English
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification is highly preferred.
- SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification is preferred.
- Professional Scrum Master certification would be a plus.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification would be a plus.
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification would also be a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in computer science or engineering
