Job Description
- Planning and coordination of the day-to-day internal integration activities and dependencies
- Manages integration activities including identifying contractual obligations, client needs and goals, existing situation, necessary contacts and access to existing information as needed
- Identifies process gaps or areas for improvement, recommends and implements solutions
- Coordinates activities and tasks among program teams, other internal departments and client or vendor/subcontractor organizations as needed to meet integration goals
- Ensures integration delivery is on schedule, within budget constraints and of the appropriate quality
- Manages integration risks, issues/problems and activity progress to ensure goals are achieved.
- Assists with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed
- Assists with testing and system proving to ensure availability and performance targets are achieved
- Active involvement in preparing the documentation required for the program
- Co-ordinate environment provision, updates and usage with internal technical teams and client access needs
Requirements
- A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related areas
- 10 years of System Integration delivery experience from Banking or Financial Services industry, open to vendors as well
- Displays strong customer communication, engagement and expectation management skills
- Ability to build and establish relationships effective working relationships with employees, the client and vendors
- Displays strong leadership qualities, decision making abilities, and strong business judgment
- Displays strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills to effectively manage high pressure and challenging situations
- Experience of successfully managing complex integration solutions, teams and activities
- Knowledge of various types of IT project methodologies and life cycles
- Knowledge of financial services with cards processing and/or card-based payment Processing
- Listening skills and ability to ensure open and candid two-way communication
- Exhibits a high degree of initiative and analytical skills to handle and solve complex problems
- Ability to work well under pressure and keep emotions under control during difficult situations
- Ability to work with / coordinate both offshore and onshore resources
