A highly recognisable European fashion house (one that consistently makes headlines with its successful reinterpretations and modernisations of its century's heritage) is now looking for an energetic and dynamic Boutique Manager to join its Singapore team.
Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will lead the store team in achieving excellence across three key pillars of sales, operations and client service.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales and operational KPIs
- Partner rigorously across various departments (eg merchandising, VM, training, CDM/CRM) to drive quality traffic and conversions
- Drive strong clienteling mindset and ways of working to maximise the different stages of customer lifecycle
Key requirements
- More than five years of luxury retail experience with team supervision or people management
- Experienced with Singapore luxury market (not limited to fashion) and amassed strong network of and relationships with high net worth/spending clients
- Energetic and dynamic outlook with strong affinity with luxury fashion
